Tiedemann's is proud to offer the following varieties for 2012.

The Lady Series are Orientalis hybrids that are up to 1.5 ft in height with evergreen foliage and round, mostly upright flowers on strong stems. These plants have excellent growth characteristics.

Helleborus argutifolius

This is the Corsican hellebore (formerly Helleborus corsicus) native to the romantic islands of Corsica and Sardinia. Evergreen blue-green foliage to 3 ft tall and wide with clusters of 2 inch pale green flowers in winter and spring. Tough, adaptable and sun tolerant.

Helleborus foetidus

This is the stinking hellebore, as the foliage when crushed emits an unpleasant odor. Don't crush the leaves and you won't smell a thing! The lovely, evergreen foliage grows to 2.5 ft tall and wide and creates a fern-like effect. The flowers, born in winter and spring, are pale green with purple edges.
